NRA Dispatch Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NRA Dispatch, your premier towing referral service. Please note that NRA Dispatch does not own any tow trucks and serves as a referral service only. We hold no liability for services performed by third-party providers.

Membership Fee and Services Covered:

The annual membership fee is $249, which covers up to three dispatches per year. Each dispatch can be for a service up to 10 miles away or for any roadside service, including tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout services, or battery jumps. Prices may vary based on the breakdown circumstances, but the total amount will be communicated clearly prior to dispatch.

All services are considered final after dispatch. If damage occurs during service, it is imperative to call us within 24 hours of the incident. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns.

NRA Dispatch Auto Pay Terms and Conditions:

By enrolling in NRA Dispatch Auto Pay, you authorize your annual membership dues to be charged to your payment method on file. Your membership will renew automatically each year for another one-year term unless you provide a termination request prior to your membership expiration date. You may do so by calling 866-739-4013 or sending an email to support@nearbyroadsideassistance.com.

You agree that we may contact you via prerecorded voice messages, auto-dialers, or text messages at the phone number on file for any issues related to NRA Dispatch Auto Pay or your membership. Calls initiated to activate your membership may be recorded, and we can store your payment information for future transactions.

Payment Authorization:

By signing up for NRA Dispatch, you authorize NRA Dispatch to charge or debit the indicated amount using your payment method, enroll you in Auto Pay, and automatically continue your membership annually as per the Auto Pay Terms and Conditions. You may cancel Auto Pay at any time by contacting us.

Please note that by providing your phone number on our website or to our agents over the phone, you consent to receive autodialed personal text messages from NRA Dispatch to your mobile number.

Communication and Text Messages:

At nearby roadside assistance, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. As part of our SMS verification process, we collect phone numbers to ensure the authenticity and security of our communications.

Privacy Assurance:

  • The phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

  • We strictly use this information to provide the services you have requested and to communicate essential updates.By accepting these terms and conditions and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from NRA Dispatch and our service providers, including text messages made with an auto dialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Service Updates: We may send you text messages to inform you about the status of your roadside service, including dispatch notifications, service provider arrival times, service completion confirmations, and other service-related information to ensure a seamless experience.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. For assistance or more information, reply "HELP" to any message you receive or contact us at support@nearbyroadsideassistance.com.

Data Charges and Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with NRA Dispatch text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges.

NRA Dispatch does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier used in connection with text messaging services.

Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability:

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which NRA Dispatch operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Arbitration Agreement: To expedite resolution and reduce the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to this agreement ("Dispute"), you and NRA Dispatch agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least 30 days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, you and NRA Dispatch agree that all claims arising out of or related to this agreement must be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration located in the state in which NRA Dispatch operates. The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other arbitration proceedings. The decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Limitation of Liability: NRA Dispatch and its referral services, including all third-party service providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, in any way whatsoever arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the service.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the service or these terms and conditions must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Class Action Waiver: You and NRA Dispatch agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NRA Dispatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Complete Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NRA Dispatch regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and NRA Dispatch relating to your use of the service.
